Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers
Advanced stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience in leading design strategies for complex systems
Define and implement research methodologies to uncover deep user insights
Create and validate high-impact design solutions through prototypes and testing

What we are looking for

Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and complex problem-solving
Deep expertise in design systems and pattern libraries
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers
Advanced stakeholder management and communication abilities
Expert mastery of design tools including Figma and prototyping platforms
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical constraints
Track record of driving user-centred design initiatives
Experience in leading design strategies for complex systems
Scrum certification and experience in agile environments preferred
