Integrated Marketing Manager, Product Marketing

Moomoo SG is on the lookout for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join the Integrated Marketing Team to contribute to the rapid expansion of our business in Singapore. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing product go-to-market campaigns, and be the locally-based product marketing expert to be consulted on the product go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging for Moomoo SG's retail investment products.

This role requires a high level of collaboration across functions and a good understanding of a wide variety of investment products. You must be a team player and be comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including branding & PR, growth, lifecycle marketing, content marketing, and product management. You also understand from the customer's perspective what they want and how they think when investing, and you are able to translate their needs into strategic plans and collaborate with other teams to implement. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of capital market products including global stocks, derivatives, unit trusts, and cryptocurrencies, or be personally a savvy trader or investor who understands the investment mentality in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  1. Product GTM Campaigns:
    Lead go-to-market plan for key product launches. Plan and execute integrated promotions/campaigns to drive product growth through omni-channel strategies, including external channels such as advertising, KOL, online & offline events, PR, and owned channels such as the official website, SEO, eDM, in-app community, and social media.
  2. Product Positioning and Messaging:
    Identify target audience and develop compelling core messaging and positioning through thorough market research and competitive analysis.
  3. Marketing Collateral Development:
    Collaborate with design teams to create impactful marketing materials, including key visuals, product videos, landing pages, one-pagers, and webinar/event content.
  4. Product Operation:
    Work closely with the operation team. Be consulted on the evergreen product operation to ensure strategies are aligned and localized for the Singapore market.
  5. Outbound Communication:
    Support communication to the sales team and clients, educating them about our product offerings and benefits.
  6. Inbound Communication:
    Collect feedback from customers, review and ideate, and communicate insights to the product team for continuous product improvement.
  7. Data Analytics:
    Monitor marketing and business metrics in collaboration with the data science team. Adjust overall marketing strategies based on data analytics.

Requirements

  • Passionate about a career in marketing in the fintech space.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing & growth, preferably in the fintech/tech/finance industry.
  • Experience in independently managing marketing campaigns, capable of leading projects across teams and reporting up.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including branding & PR, growth, content, product management, lifecycle marketing, data analytics, and sales.
  • Good understanding or knowledge of capital market products including global stocks, derivatives, unit trusts, and cryptocurrencies. Understand the investment mentality in Singapore.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and Mandarin (verbal). This role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
