Job description
Responsibilities:
Perform insurance case manager role in the high net worth space which includes:
Prepare policy illustration and client presentation materials for insurance specialist.
Support Insurance Specialist with both new business and policy servicing transactions, which include but are not limited to arranging medicals with clinics, submitting supporting documents to insurers, submitting payment advice, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to move the different transactions.
Prepare policy review packs for incepted policies.
Perform administrative duties like printing of documents, binding of documents, and arranging local and overseas courier services.
Provide cross support to Wealth Planning trust admin matters where required.
Requirement:
Meticulous individual with an eye for details.
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
