Responsibilities

• Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales target

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products to them

• Convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities

• Ensure call activities adhere to regulations and align with Quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in the Banking and Finance sectors

• Keen to learn and possess a proactive attitude

• Open to conducting outbound calls and obtaining Insurance certifications
