Insurance Specialist

Job Description:

1. Insurance Nominee for maid insurance business
2. Advising clients on the type and amount of insurance coverage they need
3. Assessing clients’ insurance needs and risk exposures
4. Reviewing and recommending insurance policies that are suitable for clients
5. Assisting clients with the insurance application process
6. Explaining the terms and conditions of insurance policies to clients
7. Helping clients file claims and resolve any issues that may arise
8. Staying up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and regulations
9. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
10. Generating new business by reaching out to potential clients
11. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and insurance companies
12. Continuously seeking to improve knowledge of the field, products, and regulations

Requirements:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as finance or business may be preferred
2. Obtain a state-issued insurance license:
1. Basic Insurance Concept and Principle Certificate
2. Personal General Insurance Certificate
3. HLI - Health Insurance Certificate
3. Able to read and write Mandarin (能书写及读中文)
4. Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
5. Proficient in computer and software (Microsoft Office)
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise and interact with clients
7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate clients’ insurance needs and risks
8. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products and terminology
9. Sales ability and experience to generate new business and maintain client relationships
10. Willingness to continue learning and stay up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and regulations
11. Ethics, integrity, and compliance mindset
