Insurance Sales Operation Manager / Supervisor

• Conduct the onboarding of insurance brokers; responsible for related documentation work;
• Coordinate in brokers' training and coaching;
• Explain the product structure and instructions to customers, assist customers to handle and fill in the signature list documents;
• Have basic knowledge on insurance and brokerage compliance requirements; Liaise with regulatory authorities;
• Close sales through referrals from colleagues and internal networks, sign sales documentation and complete the signing process;
• Support sales teams' documentation and other ad hoc work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance field.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Insurance certifications required: M5, M9, M9A, HI.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
