Job description

Position title: Insurance Operations Admin

Location: Tagore Lane (Shuttle bus services provided from Ang Mo Kio MRT Station)
Working Days: 5 days (Alternate half day WFH on Saturdays)
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Salary: $3k - $3.2k [based on experience]

Job Scope

  • Manage clients’ enquiries and provide insurance advice on quotations, renewals, and other requests.
  • Email policies to clients.
  • Identify insurance needs of clients and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare documents relating to transacted business.
  • Attend to walk-in customers.
  • Maintain close relationships with customers and partners.
  • Handle Maid claims.
  • Assist in maintaining customer database, and processing debit and credit notes.
  • Update refunds in the system as required.
  • Process contra entries in the system when customers make payments.
  • Email Statements of Account (SOA) to clients and follow up on payments.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance (HI) certification is a must.
  • Able to start work at short notice.
