We are a firm of Chartered Accountants providing insolvency, restructuring and forensic accounting services. We are looking to significantly grow our insolvency and restructuring division in Singapore by hiring a number of Insolvency & Restructuring Associates.

What will you be doing?
You'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases comprising of CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and also assisting on administration cases. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior staff on case strategy working on interesting and varied cases.
Requirements
- No prior insolvency experience is required—if you have a background in accounting, business, or finance, we want to hear from you! We're looking for motivated individuals who are keen to take on responsibility and manage their own caseload of corporate and personal insolvency cases, with training provided. Previous experience managing portfolios or handling complex cases is a plus, but not essential.
- For those without prior insolvency or restructuring experience, training will be provided.
- Accounting qualification would be preferred. Those pursuing ACCA, or Polytechnic graduates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business are also welcome to apply.
- Training will be given to enable the growth of both insolvency and accountancy knowledge and in due course there will be an opportunity to attend courses and pursue higher qualifications.
- You may be any ACCA qualified professional or studying. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ambition to progress in their career within a leading firm of chartered accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Running your own portfolios that include liquidations, administrations, CVLs, MVLs & CVAs.
- Draft reports in accordance with statutory requirements and any other correspondence as required.
- Regular client contact in concurrence with managers. Provide supervision of/delegate work to more junior staff and assist juniors with queries.
- Undertaking investigations into assets as required.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
