Plan, execute, and manage insolvency and restructuring engagements such as liquidation, receivership, judicial management, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy. Review clients’ financial positions, conduct detailed financial analysis, and develop turnaround strategies for those in distress.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on engagement progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders (clients, creditors, debtors, legal advisors, and other parties) in writing and during business meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Review the completeness and quality of work delivered, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and oversee the preparation of statutory filings, progress reports, and other required documentation.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
Participate in business development by promoting the firm’s insolvency and restructuring services and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful engagements.
Practice Development & Team Management:
Assist the Director in practice development activities, contributing to the growth and improvement of the insolvency and restructuring practice.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff, helping them to develop professionally and enhance their technical skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
3-6 years of experience in insolvency, restructuring, or financial advisory.
Strong knowledge of insolvency laws, corporate restructuring, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
