Job summary:

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily cold calling, emailing and messaging to new target markets and clients.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, prepare sales quotations & business proposals and close sales over the phone and through virtual communication channels.
Understand prospect needs and requirements to demonstrate the company’s products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Be responsible for your sales performance and meet or exceed the agreed sales targets and OKRs.
Adhere to the inside sales pre-sales, on-sales and post-sales processes.
Build and maintain accurate database and records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s SAP RM.
Provide ongoing after-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.
Stay informed about market trends, competition, and market developments.
Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development initiatives.
Be a team player and work together to support self, company and colleagues.
Perform any other official tasks and jobs assigned by the immediate superior.
