As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Oversee the entire sales process, from preparing sales proposals to receiving sales orders.
2. Create and manage customer quotes, offering competitive and transparent business proposals tailored to their needs.
3. Ensure all quotes align with customer requirements.
4. Identify suitable product solutions, source suppliers, and input contractual prices into the ERP system.
5. Proactively suggest alternative solutions and upselling opportunities.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities.
7. Notify customers promptly about delivery delays that could impact their supply chain.
8. Escalate recurring customer issues to the Business Development Manager or Sales Director.
9. Communicate customer forecasts and restocking recommendations to the purchasing department or product manager.
10. Assist team members during peak workloads as assigned by the Sales Manager.
11. Keep the customer contact database current and accurate.
12. Ensure all sales orders comply with ENR-209 standards.
13. Regularly follow up on customer quotes.
14. Participate in business meetings and provide updates on ongoing projects.
15. Prioritize phone communication with customers.
16. Offer basic technical support to customers as needed.
17. Handle customer disputes and create cost estimates when necessary.
18. Process orders and send acknowledgments as required.
19. Attend customer visits and trade shows as directed by the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a sales in a related industry
