Make outbound calls to prospective and assigned existing customers for gathering insights of their C-Parts requirement to generate sales and qualify leads.
Handle inbound calls and emails to assist customers with inquiries, quotation and sales conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain customer records and update accurate meeting reports of sales activities in CRM software.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
A-Level, Diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the industrial or C-Parts industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets/ KPIs.
