Inside Sales Engineer

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Engineer, contributing to our sales department by accurately interpreting customer inquiries and crafting comprehensive quotations that align with their technical needs while meeting company margins. As a Purchaser, you'll be responsible for procuring direct materials efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer requirements and prepare high-quality proposals while adhering to commercial policies.
• Negotiate contract terms for mutual benefit and exceptional customer service.
• Liaise effectively with customers, ensuring top-notch after-sales support and relationship building.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate technical and commercial responses to clients.
• Maintain a meticulous log of customer sales inquiries and handle complaint reporting.
• Generate accurate purchase orders and oversee timely deliveries from suppliers.
• Manage emergency spares stock levels and handle material discrepancy complaints.
• Serve as a technical specialist for a range of igus products, ensuring customer satisfaction and continual improvement in purchasing.
• Collaborate closely with the external sales team to surpass customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
