Infovenz Software Solutions Hiring For Assistant Infrastructure Manager at Singapore

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and managing Cyber Security risks for the organization.
2. Establish and maintain an information security strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
3. Review and enhance IT policies, standards, guidelines and best practices.
4. Promote IT risk management, governance and compliance culture across the organization.
5. Perform IT Security audits and risk assessments as well as implement risk mitigation measures.
6. Carry out monitoring of systems for security anomalies and detection of breaches.
7. Conduct IT security awareness training to improve cybersecurity knowledge of users and IT staff.
8. Review and enhance organization’s BCP and disaster recovery plan.
9. Ensure server, network systems and end-user PCs are well secured and protected.
10. Drive automation in suitable IT processes and recommend new technologies.
11. Ensure high availability of IT services and perform regular backup of business data and application systems.
12. Setup, configure and troubleshoot server systems in Windows and Ubuntu platform.
13. Design, setup, configure and troubleshoot network systems.
14. Maintain adequate IT documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts.
15. Manage AWS Infrastructure Services.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Possess five (5) years of relevant working experience.
3. Strong knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu) Servers especially in web services and hardening.
4. Knowledge in DMZ, VLAN, server hardening and firewall administration.
5. Strong IT Technical understanding and aptitude for analytical problem solving.
6. Enthusiasm for problem-solving and able to work in fast-paced environment.
7. Experience in complex secured network design, VPN and WLAN implementation.
8. Familiar with data storage systems, NAS devices and server virtualization (VMware).
9. Good communication, documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
10. Experience with networking, system administration and infrastructure architecture.
11. Cyber Security certification such as CEH, CISM, CISSP or CISA will be an added advantage.
12. Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
13. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
14. Should have a Valid Passport.
