Job Requisitions:

1. Manage job requisitions from hiring managers, ensuring accurate job descriptions and requirements.
2. Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
5. Extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.
6. Foster a positive candidate experience, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
8. Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an agency setting.
2. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Familiarity with recruitment software, such as ATS, and Microsoft Office.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
