Job Description

At My Queen, we believe that every woman deserves the royal treatment after childbirth. As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.

Job Responsibilities:

Baby care duties include:

1. Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
2. Assist in feeding of babies
3. Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
4. Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
5. Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
6. Ensure Baby Safety
7. Umbilical Care
8. Oral and Eye Care
9. Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

1. Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
2. Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
3. Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
4. Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
5. Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Working Hours

1. 2 x Morning shifts (preferably 1 weekend and 1 weekday)
2. 11 hours each shift (8am to 830pm inclusive of 1.5 break time)

Location

1. Located within Oasia Hotel, Sentosa (Right beside Imbiah Station)

Salary

From $120 per shift onwards

1. Subjected to experience / qualifications
2. Higher hourly rates for Weekends & Public Holidays

Additional Information:

1. Basic training will be provided
2. Lunch and dinner are provided
3. Uniform provided
4. Increment of salary according to length of service

Job Requirements

1. Singaporean and PRs only
2. Strong mindset to remain calm and patient
3. Physically fit to carry out daily tasks of carrying infants, and standing for long hours.
4. Relevant experience would be good
5. Preferably able to commit twice a week
6. Preferably able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays
