Infant Care Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement curriculum aligned with EYDF, creating engaging learning materials and experiences for infants and toddlers.
2. Document their progress and maintain a safe environment.
3. Foster relationships with families and community stakeholders to enhance care continuity and program quality.
4. Manage family and community initiatives, evaluating and improving programs.
5. Provide routine caregiving according to procedures, identifying areas for enhancement.
6. Enhance professional practice by staying updated on trends, proposing improvements, and developing new approaches.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Certificate in Infant Care or Advanced Certificate in Early Years, or equivalent.
• EY1 certification and over 3 years of infant and toddler care experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills in English or Mandarin.
