Indoor Sales Coordinator (Junior/Senior)

Working Day & Time: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm), Half Day Alternate Saturdays (9am - 1pm)

Salary: $2,300 - $2,800 (Depends on experience)

Location: Aljunied

Responsibilities:

• Boosting new sales leads by contacting customers to send company catalogue for client understanding and making cold calls.
• Assisting superior with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Handling sales logistics coordination with foreman on the delivery and machinery at site and client site coordination.
• Handling indoor sales inquiries and orders by phone or email.
• Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations.
• Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records.
• Collaborating with marketing and finance teams on sales-related tasks.
• Updating of sales database, such as sales orders, operators movement, machinery movements, etc.
• Payment receivable.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level, Diploma/ Degree in Commerce/ Marketing/ Business Administration or a related field are preferred.
• Have relevant experience with 2 – 5 years and above in a similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office-based applications.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours.
