Indoor Sales Coordinator

Location: Pandan Road - (Nearest MRT - Clementi)

Work Week: 5 Days (830am to 5pm)

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Our client, a prominent player in the steel and alloys industry, is seeking a dedicated Indoor Sales Coordinator to join their team in Singapore. The organization specializes in distributing and managing projects involving high corrosion-resistant steel alloys such as nickel alloys, titanium, duplex, super duplex, and copper nickel. They serve a wide range of industries, including Offshore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery and Power Generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate progress checks with mills and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Arrange logistics to ensure seamless delivery schedules.
• Prepare and submit quotations on various platforms and portals.
• Communicate with customers, providing regular updates on order progress and addressing inquiries professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an Indoor Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with steel and alloy products, particularly pipe fittings and flanges (PFF), is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to work independently.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client and team interactions.
