INDOOR SALES COORDINATOR

We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Indoor Sales Coordinator to become an integral part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in providing internal support to our Sales Team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This role is open to fresh graduates and individuals without relevant experience who exhibit a keen eagerness to learn and develop within our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, diligently following up on sales inquiries, and processing sales orders accurately and promptly.
2. Effectively communicate with local and overseas principals to offer comprehensive support to our Sales Team.
3. Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers as required, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer feedback.
4. Maintain and update databases and activity reports on a weekly basis or as directed by the immediate supervisor, guaranteeing the accuracy and completeness of data.
5. Coordinate the Sales Team's activities by managing schedules, organizing crucial documents, and disseminating relevant information.
6. Collaborate closely with the immediate supervisor and Sales Team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
7. Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. 'O' Level/'A' Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
3. Proficiency in SAP B1 is advantageous.
4. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual proficiency, especially in Mandarin, is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
6. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment through collaborative efforts.
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
8. Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
9. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
