As part of the I&D Business Enablement team, you will provide counsel in support of the broader I&D strategy and partner with the People and Business leadership teams to lead a critical and strategic imperative for the company - integrating inclusion and diversity in everything we do.
Description
You will be a key strategist, partner, and voice on the I&D critical priorities. In partnership with the respective lines of business teams, this role is responsible for helping with the design, development, and ongoing support and scale of diversity and inclusion strategies, programs, and solutions that align and support both the APAC and Pan-Apple operational and strategic priorities. You are an integral member of the International I&D Business Enablement team (EMEIA & APAC), working in collaboration across the broader I&D ecosystem. You have the energy and drive to help build a dynamic I&D function in APAC and a comprehensive strategic framework for our lines of businesses.
Use data-driven insights to design, track, and implement strategies for Lines of Businesses in close partnership with key stakeholders including People Business Partners (PBP), Recruiting, Employee Relations, I&D partners, etc.
Develop I&D action plans in partnership with key stakeholders for each LOB.
Support the implementation of I&D solutions, monitor progress, and provide advice to address unique leadership and business needs.
Provide I&D expertise and support to PBPs, Recruiters, and business leaders as needed.
Create content for I&D education and messaging to help improve internal I&D understanding and awareness.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience and expertise in Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategies, programs, initiatives, etc. in related fields.
Excellent execution, project management, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in being flexible and adaptable according to the changing needs and priorities of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in People and HR related fields, such as leadership development, executive coaching, training and development, measurement, and accountability.
Strong ability to analyze data, provide insights on connecting the data with key I&D strategies, programs, and/or initiatives, while working cross-functionally partnering with key stakeholders on an actionable plan.
Accomplished facilitator, coaching, and consulting skills.
Ability to cascade key corporate I&D information to key stakeholders through influencing LoB leaders from a variety of fields and seniority levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment, across multiple partners, while performing under pressure, and maintaining a high motivation as a self-starter.
Knowledge of essential People (HR) team, Talent Management processes, and EEO compliance policies.
