About the team

The SME & Growth Business team at Airwallex is a passionate group of collaborators and business champions dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in the global economy. We combine deep financial expertise with a growth mindset, working closely with our clients to develop tailored solutions that streamline cross-border payments and unlock new revenue streams.

What you'll do

As an Inbound Sales at Airwallex, you will join our fast-growing and dynamic team to drive Airwallex’s future growth engine. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of SME leads, including qualifying, pitching, onboarding and activating new clients. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Channel Partnerships teams to refine our ideal customer profile and share insights to enhance client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for Airwallex: Create a strong first impression to our prospects by providing them with a world-class experience and product expertise.
  • Identify Opportunities: Utilize data and engage with prospects to qualify and understand how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Educate and Activate: Teach customers how to leverage Airwallex products and ensure adoption.
  • Champion Customer Needs: Ensure customer feedback is addressed and considered in our processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong Hustle: Driven and resilient to achieve KPIs.
  • Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin, effective communicator.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Collaborative: Enjoy working with teams to tackle challenges.
  • Industry Experience: Less than 2 years experience preferred in start-up or fintech environments.
