In-Season Planning Manager EAP

MAIN JOB PURPOSE :

• Owns the design and implementation of In-Season Planning Strategy for Corn and Rice for all countries in EAP.
• Responsible to coordinate with Commercial and SCM to lead a completely empowered cross-functional S&OE and S&OP process for Row Crops across EAP, driving the best alignment of demand and supply.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (Commercial, Quality, Finance) to manage inventory levels and achieve the lowest possible Deterioration & Obsolescence (D&O).
• Coordinate with SCM Enabling, Future Season Planning to continually improve end-to-end visibility and digitalize demand and supply planning process, data quality, and performance management metrics.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Short & Mid term Demand & Supply to deliver business needs and optimize inventory, reduce D&O (Corn & Rice)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate short term (0 to 3 months) and mid term (6-12 months) Demand/Supply matching to deliver the business target while optimizing the inventory holding.
• Collaborate with country SCM, Production, and Quality teams to ensure all aligned shipments (Domestic & Inter Country) and packing plans are executed as per demand and supply plan in each sales country.
• Coordinate with Planning team in region and country Commercial, SCM, Production to best deliver inventory target and reduce the D&O.
• Be responsible for inventory forecast and D&O projection.

Collaborate with Cross functional teams and be key contact point for related In-season Supply topics

• Responsible for all the current season planning activities linked to the S&OP process like current season demand planning, current season supply planning, and D&O management.
• Co-lead the S&OE, S&OP process by actively participating in all steps of S&OP process (product review, demand review, supply review, and S&OP) and generate templates, metrics, and documents to make the process effective.

Support the strategic & process improvement for RC Planning process

• Coordinate with SCM enabling to facilitate the development of optimum tools and approaches to demand & supply management and inventory management. This includes data integrity, analytical approaches, and communication methods to improve real-time visibility, material flow efficiency, and customer experience.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Experience in the seed commercial area preferred.
• At least 8+ years of experience in Planning.
• Very good to excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated strong skills in managing and influencing stakeholders.
