With over 20 years of excellence in logistics and import/export operations, Logistics 9 Pte. Ltd. is a leading firm with offices in Singapore, China, and Hong Kong. We pride ourselves on providing seamless logistics solutions and are now looking for an Export Manager to join our Singapore team.

Position: Export Manager
Location: Farrer Park MRT (2 minutes from City Square Mall exit)
Employment Type: Full-time (Flexible arrangements available upon request)
Start Date: Immediate
Salary Range: $3,500 - $4,000 per month

Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Export Manager to handle day-to-day export operations with precision and efficiency. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as it plays a central role in managing documentation and ensuring smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & Coordination:Prepare and manage all export-related documents, including proforma invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, packing lists, and delivery orders.
    Use Microsoft Excel extensively for contract creation, modifying and updating packing lists, invoices, and other critical documents.
    Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure seamless delivery and compliance with shipping requirements.
  • Client & Team Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, delivering excellent service and timely updates.
    Collaborate with teams in China and Hong Kong using Slack, WeChat, QQ, Email, and WhatsApp.
  • Operational Excellence:Maintain accurate and organized digital records.
    Verify contracts, loading plans, and customer instructions to ensure high standards and compliance.
  • Strategic Planning:Work closely with the Director to align daily operations with company objectives.
    Assist in preparing quotation sheets and profit tables to support pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations, with a strong focus on shipping documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, including skills in creating, modifying, and maintaining critical documents such as contracts, packing lists, and invoices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
