*IMMEDIATE* Perm Order Processing/Customer Service Specialist (SAP, up to $4,000) #BLM

Job Responsibilities

• Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
• Handling and resolving customer feedback.
• Ensuring all deliveries to customers are properly communicated to all parties.
• Coordinating with Logistics/3rd party to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verifying certificate of analysis/compliance and applying inspection status.
• Preparing, generating, and distributing order acknowledgments and daily reports.
• Maintaining a database of customer contacts.
• Maintaining a good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access to work documents.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in order processing and coordination between warehouse and customers.
• Experienced in SAP.
• Able to start work immediately.
