Assist HR Executive in administration of HR matters including but not limited to leave benefits, tracking of staff records, maintaining of filing and paperwork etc
Assist in full cycle of recruitment from jobs posting, resume editing, shortlisting, interview arrangements, facilitation of interviews, salary proposal, first day orientation, staff handbook administration and P-file administration.
Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administration / office management activities
Organize and Assist in Company events
Covering duties for HR Executive when required
Undertake ad-hoc admin assignments delegated from time to time
Requirements
Min Diploma
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in HR or Administration
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task, independent and organized
