Responsibilities:

• Oversee group consolidation, financial reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations.

• Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and account analysis to support business performance.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and variance analysis.

• Collaborate with business units to assess financial performance, analyze project costs, revenue, and balance sheet items.

• Oversee cash flow management, credit control, and treasury functions while ensuring internal controls.

• Provide financial insights, optimize business performance, and support growth objectives.

• Guide and support the Finance team, including subsidiaries, on operational and financial matters.

• Conduct financial statement reviews, management reporting, and submission of quarterly GST reports.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and stakeholders on financial, taxation, and insurance matters.

• Oversee general accounting functions, statutory audits, and ad-hoc financial projects.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, or ACCA qualification.

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial accounting, with proven expertise in group consolidation.

• Preferably familiar with SAP B1 and knowledgeable in APAC tax laws and accounting standards.
