ICT Trainer - Digital Art Educator

We are looking for an engaging and passionate Digital Art Educator to deliver the best training to Primary School students in the following areas:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide training in:
  • Digital Art, use of Adobe Photoshop CS4, Adobe Flash CS4, Adobe Fireworks CS4, Comic Studio and Graphic Tablet.
  • Photo-editing, drawing and animation software, such as Ulead Photo Impact or CS4 Photoshop and Flash.
  • Use of a graphic tablet and comic studio and an animation software for Digital Art.
  • 3D Design and Printing.
• Provide professional training for art-based competitions, royalty-free vector based images for design and other value-added services.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Diploma in IT or Digital Multimedia preferred.
• Experience working in a primary school and/or 1 year of teaching experience in Digital Art preferred.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills.
• Good team player who takes initiative, is meticulous, and able to multi-task.
• Mature individual with a pleasant disposition and can work independently.
• Possess basic drawing skills and have a passion for Manga drawing.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), photo editing (Photoshop or Ulead Photoimpact), video production (Premiere Pro or Windows Movie Maker), website editing (Dreamweaver), Adobe Photoshop, Flash, and Fireworks.
