Location: Concord Primary School, 3 Choa Chu Kang Ave 4, Singapore Contract Duration: 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023 (with an option to extend for 1+1 years) Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Website and Multimedia Management:
Update and manage the school’s website and e-Broadcast materials.
Provide photography and videography for school events, ensuring high-quality visual documentation.
Edit multimedia content for school events, creating videos and graphics as needed.
ICT Inventory and Equipment Support:
Assist in managing the inventory of ICT equipment, including cataloging, organization, and maintenance.
Manage the loaning of ICT devices and equipment, ensuring proper documentation and return of items.
Assist with the setup and deployment of devices for school events and mass activities (e.g., MCCA).
PA and AVA Support:
Manage the school’s PA and AVA systems during events and other occasions.
Provide ICT services and technical support to ensure smooth operation of audio-visual equipment and ICT setups.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Minimum 'A' Level graduate, or Diploma holder from a local polytechnic, or ITE graduate (or Higher Nitec)
Skills:
Basic video editing skills using suitable software/tools.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Gmail.
Competency in photography and videography, including the use of DSLR cameras and video cameras.
Experience:
Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience in an educational or ICT-related environment.
