ICT Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Support Digitalisation Transformation team members in IT/OT cyber security measures, including assessment of project scopes, budgets, and proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry, including awareness of new or revised security solutions, security standards, trends/best practices, and offensive techniques and tools.
• Troubleshoot security and network problems.
• Plan and deliver training to all employees on Cybersecurity Awareness.
• Support and maintain ICT infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, Backup, Virtual Platforms, etc.).
• Provide remote and onsite helpdesk and end-user computing support to internal users.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualifications (e.g., NIE, SIM, LaSalle-SIA, NAFA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Science.
• Knowledge of ERP systems like Microsoft Navision is an added advantage.
