What you'll do

As a ICAM (i-Channel Account Manager) you will support the Channel Resell Team in Asia to drive significant partner sourced revenue for the region. You will be accountable for exceeding your quarterly revenue quota through net new business as well as from existing customer upsells. This role will be responsible for driving all run rate partner opportunities in Asia, supporting the GTM programs created by the Channel Resell Team, working with Distributors to recruit and enable second tier partners, and supporting the partner reps in reselling Docusign. You are a great teammate and will help and support other team members succeed.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Channel Resell.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive run rate partner sourced opportunities in Asia
  • Support partner recruitment, enablement, and GTM plan with distributors
  • Support partners in discovery calls with prospects
  • Implement GTM activities with key partners to drive run rate opportunities
  • Generate resell revenue and assist partner sales teams to close deals
  • Provide pricing information to partners
  • Work with the Renewals team to drive upsell opportunities
  • Assist partners with product positioning, configuration, demonstrations, sales strategy, and closing deals

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or its equivalent
  • 2+ years of channel or direct sales or business development experience in a Channel Account Executive role

Preferred

  • Hardworking with a go-getter work attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Standout colleague who can collaborate across the org with various departments
