IB - Credit Analyst - SEA Financing - Associate/VP

Your key responsibilities:

• Carry out detailed credit and financial analysis
• Prepare credit memos, financial modelling, scenario analysis for senior / mezzanine loans to corporates
• Interact with Corporate Finance and C-suite personnel alongside senior DB team members to diligence underlying companies, assess the transaction, and to execute trades
• Assist the team with various internal approval processes during execution
• Ongoing monitoring of existing positions

Your skills and experience:

• For VP: Minimum 6 years experience in structured loans, working for an Investment Bank.
• For Associate: Minimum 3 years experience in structured loans, working for an Investment Bank
• Experience in SEA syndicated loans, pre-IPO financing and illiquid share-backed margin loans, across high yield, corporate and sponsor space.
• Experience in financial modeling across manufacturing companies, services sector, real estate and natural resources
• Experience in carrying out deep dive credit analysis, financial modeling for companies across various sectors
• Ability to understand and analyse financial statements, accounting background.
• Good communication skills, analytical and detailed oriented

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
