Human Resources Manager

A well-established multinational medical device company is looking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all-rounded HR management covering C&B, Payroll, Recruitment and Employee Relations etc.
• Formulate HR policies, lead HR functions and strategies.
• Supervise a small team and take care of office admin function.
• Act as a HR Business Partner to provide advise to commercial leaders and management.
• Assist in any ad-hoc admin/ HR duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business administration or related discipline.
• 10 years of relevant work experience in HR management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality and people centric.
• Knowledge on MS Office applications.
• Effective communications skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
