Job description

This position is responsible for managing HR systems (including Timesheet & Attendance, Leave management, Data management, and Reports) by identifying gaps through analyzing these reports and providing solutions to the gaps identified. Simultaneously, this role will support the HR Services team in compensation and benefits (inclusive of payroll matters), industrial relations, HRIS, and international assignments. S/He will also work closely with key stakeholders to formulate and review HR policies and drive key HR initiatives. In addition, S/He will support the business partners in HR matters and ensure the provision of quality HR advice and services.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records of employee timesheet & attendance.
  2. Generate reports for business processes (e.g., Employee movement list, leave balance).
  3. Contribute to process and system improvements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  4. Oversee the creation of employee IDs, updating employee information, and leave management.
  5. Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
  6. Maintain databases, analyze data, and ensure data integrity.
  7. Record and securely store HR metrics, including employee attendance and salary.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  9. Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.

Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or at least 1 year of working experience in HR.
  2. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is crucial in this role.
  4. Must possess key knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  5. Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Prosoft, Workforce System).
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
