This position is responsible for managing HR systems (including Timesheet & Attendance, Leave management, Data management, and Reports) by identifying gaps through analyzing these reports and providing solutions to the gaps identified. Simultaneously, this role will support the HR Services team in compensation and benefits (inclusive of payroll matters), industrial relations, HRIS, and international assignments. S/He will also work closely with key stakeholders to formulate and review HR policies and drive key HR initiatives. In addition, S/He will support the business partners in HR matters and ensure the provision of quality HR advice and services.
