Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other day-to-day HR activities & support in corporate office and retail office with requirements to support regional HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist with the selection process.
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Manage employee attendance, leaves, and other HR records and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and documents required for payroll
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives when necessary
  • Assist in employee lifecycle management from onboarding, performance appraisal, offboarding process.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee development when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations and manage handbook review.
  • Assist with HR audits and preparation of documents required for audits.
  • Assist in preparation HR reports and analytics when necessary.
  • Provide additional administrative support for Main office and retail shop when necessary.
  • Undertake regional HR duties and ad-hoc project duties as required from time to time

Qualifications & Role Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist and ideally with regional HR exposure
  • Previous experience with HR software or systems and HRIS project implementation is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Candidate with experience in retail sector will be advantageous
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Candidate with more HR experience will be considered for Senior Role
