We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team!

As a Human Resource Executive, we rely on you to:

1. Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters
2. Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, etc.
3. Assist hiring managers in defining job descriptions and understanding talent needs
4. Handle walk-in interviews
5. Create and update employee data in system
6. Backend maintenance of Leave Management
7. Submission of all government funded leaves and levy waiver
8. Update and prepare required documents for monthly payroll
9. Manage and facilitate work injury reports and claims
10. Distribute all daily incoming mails and parcels to respective Division/Department Heads on the same day.
11. Ensure that machines and equipment within the vicinity of workplace are in good working condition
12. Raise Store/Purchase Requisitions of office supplies
13. Set up and maintain a systematic filing system
14. Carry out other special projects/tasks assigned by supervisors
