General Accountability:
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources (HR) Business Partner’s focus is to build a genuine and strong business partner relationship with key internal stakeholders to enable them to meet their operational and strategic goals.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing daily leadership, support, coaching, and advice on all HR matters to the Leaders. As the dedicated HR specialist for Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and China, it is critical that the incumbent can develop a deep understanding of the business, workforce, capability requirements, and challenges faced in the semiconductor field. This role partners with the Leaders to effectively deliver value and achieve people-oriented results.
