We are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global financial services firm who are looking for a new HR Associate to join their team.
Reporting into the HR Manager (Singapore), you will be part of a team of 3 where you are responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle. You will be involved in drafting employee documents such as contracts and letters (e.g. probation, amendment and reference), handling visa applications, onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining the HRIS system.
You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organised and efficient manner. You will have excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across a variety of levels.
Location: Singapore, 5 days per week in the office.
