Responsible for payroll processing and payroll administration.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for salary computation, including commission payment if any, overtime verification, and any other allowances and entitlements.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll processes.
Handle and resolve queries on payroll-related matters for retail staff.
Undertake ad-hoc HR and payroll projects as assigned.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries for new hires and resigners, collation of overtime claims, incentives, and allowances.
In charge of tracking attendance records in TMS system and manual attendance records for computation of payments.
Manage HRIS, including the Easy Time Attendance System, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Income tax submission for foreign employees.
Extract data, generate HR reports, and provide analysis reports as required.
WP and SP application and renewals.
Maintain and update employees' personal files.
Assist in the administration of employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, employment certification letters, etc.
Maintain & update personnel files.
Submission of government-paid claims such as Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, and other related claims.
Support HR activities and initiatives.
Provide support on office administrative matters.
Other general HR admin duties.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR manager/Management.
Requirements
Min Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience with hands-on payroll calculation.
