Job description

Role Overview:
As the HR Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations within the company. This role requires you to handle various HR processes, from employee onboarding to HR advisory services for senior management. You will also manage payroll, employment passes, and contractor queries, while providing expert HR business partnering advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Prepare and review employment contracts and documentation.
    • Oversee EP (Employment Pass) applications and renewals.
  • Payroll & Compensation:
    • Administer payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements.
    • Coordinate with finance teams for payroll-related reporting.
  • Contractor Interaction:
    • Act as the main point of contact for contractors, addressing their queries and resolving issues.
  • HR Performance Management:
    • Support performance management processes, helping managers and teams align with company goals.
  • HR Business Partnering:
    • Provide HR business partnering advice to department heads and teams to support business objectives.
    • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Managing Directors, offering insights and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Policy Updates & Compliance:
    • Regularly update and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • HR Advisory:
    • Provide proactive HR guidance to senior management, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR operations or similar roles, preferably within a recruitment or professional services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and EP application processes.
  • Strong knowledge in handling payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and senior management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
