Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, and leave encashment
Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
Work pass application process
Resolving employee feedback and grievances
Processing government claims, training grants, and other relevant government grants
Implementing recruitment policy: employee hiring, onboarding & offboarding, conducting orientation for new staff, and overseeing the internship program
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Preferably entry-level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
The candidate will act as a Human Resource Officer for this job position
