Job Title: HR Manager – Human Capital Management & Recruitment

Are you an HR professional passionate about recruitment and building high-performance teams? We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our Human Capital Management team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our talent strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various departments.
2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
4. Manage talent acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
5. Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies to foster a motivated, high-performing team.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
7. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization.

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, with strong expertise in recruitment and talent management.
2. Deep understanding of HR best practices, recruitment strategies, and labor laws.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
