Job Description
Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, organization development and team member relations.
Payroll (Timesoft software) and Claims/Leave (QuickHR software)
Recruitment and onboarding process
Participation in career fairs and company-organized events
Administration of work pass & Grant applications and renewal
Annual employee performance appraisal process
Government surveys & employee tax clearance
Review & update of HR policies
Organization of employee events (e.g. celebrations, townhall)
All other HR responsibilities as assigned by the line manager and/or Management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal and communication skills.
