Human Resource Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and payroll processes, employee benefits, training, and internship
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and provide advisory support to managers and staff
• Participate in HR initiatives such as talent management, employee engagement, and development programs
• Prepare HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making
• Ad-Hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations
• Able to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, with a growth mindset and readiness to take on HR partnering roles
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• FULL ON SITE - Mon to Fri (near to Buona Vista, 9am - 6pm)
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with mandarin speaking associate)
