Human Resource & Finance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resource & Finance Executive to join our team at Swee Bee Contractor Pte. Ltd. in the Paya Lebar East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR and finance-related duties to support the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
2. Maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments
3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
4. Coordinating with various departments to gather and consolidate data
5. Providing administrative support and general office duties as needed

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as an HR or finance executive, preferably in the construction industry
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and financial software
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with accuracy and precision
6. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team
