Human Resource Executive (West, Up to $5500)

Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Majority of job scope)

1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both retail and office positions

Compliance (As needed)

1. Address employee grievances in retail stores
2. Ensure MOM regulations and guidelines are properly implemented and enforced across the company

Miscellaneous (Ad-hoc basis)

1. Prepare and report HR metrics to management and HQ
2. Handle employment contract administration
3. Manage employee insurance matters
4. Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

[Must]

1. Min 3 years HR Generalist experience in any industry
2. Experience handling compliance related matters (employee grievances, implementing MOM guidelines/regulations)
3. Experience with Change Management & planning/implementing different initiatives within organizations
4. Proficient in Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues/clients
5. PC literate in MS Office with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints
