Job Description:

Location: West

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Salary: Up to $3,000

Human Resource Executive (Welfare, Compensation and Benefits)

Responsibilities:

• Review company health and well-being program.
• Administration of Company's medical benefits/claims.
• Maintains proper HR records relating to medical/claims for all employees.
• Schedules and implements annual/ periodical/special examination of employees.
• Manage employee disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Assess employee's examination results and refer to company physician for management; monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
• Maintain, file and update accurate employee data in various platforms used by the organization.
• Consults and coordinates with various departments to assess, plan, implement and evaluate employee care plans.
• Track and monitor HR metrics.
• Handle company accommodation matters.
• Liaise with vendors of existing and new health initiatives.
• Manage uniform inventory and handle uniform exchange and issuance.
• Review and propose suggestions to improve existing welfare policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• To undertake any additional reasonable duties at the request of your Line Manager.
• To undertake any training and development activities at the request of your Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma holder
• 1 year of relevant working experience
• Computer literate in the use of Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Effective communications skills both in writing and verbally;
• Attention to detail and the ability to organize tasks in a structured and logical way
• Well versed in employment laws and regulations
