Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Handle accurate and monthly payroll processing for about 200-300 headcounts.
  2. Maintain HRIS database and staff personnel file.
  3. Manage leave administration.
  4. Submission of Government Paid Leaves (GPL) and other statutory submissions such as CPF, IR21, IR8A, and NS claim.
  5. Process all insurance claims and administer group insurance programme such as Work Injury Compensation and Group Hospital & Surgical.
  6. Prepare payroll-related reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management.
  7. Handle employees’ enquiries pertaining to payroll/HR matters.
  8. Assist in C&B activities such as performance appraisal, salary or bonus review exercise.
  9. Communicate and explain HR policies to the employees.
  10. Monitor and prepare letters such as confirmation, promotion, warning & employment certification.
  11. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management preferably with 2 years of working experience in construction/process industry.
  2. Strong working knowledge of payroll processing and administration.
  3. Experience in the use of Infotech HR Software is of advantage.
  4. Keen interest in payroll as tasks are more payroll focused.
  5. Strong knowledge of MOM legislation.
  6. Able to meet tight deadlines and is meticulous with an eye for detail.
  7. Independent team player.
  8. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
