Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers.
• Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees.
• Be the local specialist providing hands-on labor law advice and support for the company.
• Partner with HR Business Partners.
• Partner with managers to understand and resolve issues.
• Work with the business to develop proactive solutions to recurring team challenges.
• Manage global HR project work and roll-out of HR initiatives.
• Support processes through the employee life cycle including performance development, organizational change, and conduct issues.
• Deliver training to support manager development.
• Review HR processes and suggest changes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Complete regular audits and any necessary admin responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Min Dip / Deg in Human Resource/Business/Other relevant field.
• 2-3 years experience will be at an advantage.
• Able to work in a high-performance team.
