Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Full-Spectrum Human Resources Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The HR Executive will ensure that the company’s HR practices are aligned with business goals and legal regulations while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Payroll Management:

  • Administer the company’s payroll processing accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions, and employee benefits.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure proper accounting of salaries, bonuses, and reimbursements.

Work Pass Management:

  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with government regulations.
  • Ensure all employees have valid work passes and documentation required to work in the country.
  • Keep up to date with changes in work pass regulations and policies, advising employees and management on the required processes.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending job offers.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals to attract top talent.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the company.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and general workplace issues.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts or concerns.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive company culture.

HR Compliance & Record-Keeping:

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance appraisals, and work passes.
  • Prepare and submit reports for statutory filings and government audits as required.

Performance Management & Training:

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating timelines and ensuring managers conduct regular evaluations.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee development.
  • Help in identifying skill gaps and recommending training initiatives to support career growth.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as medical insurance, annual leave, and bonuses.
  • Ensure benefits are correctly processed and communicated to employees.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate HR reports, such as turnover, headcount, and training costs, and provide insights to management.
  • Use HR analytics to assist in strategic decision-making for improving workforce productivity and engagement.

Requirements:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on payroll, work pass management, and recruitment.
  • Experience with HR software, such as HRIS and payroll systems.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
